DRN Technology

There is no better skip tracing tool than this!  DRN (Digital Recognition Network) is a license plate recognition technology that scans license plates and stores them in a database.  At Premier Recovery, we have several vehicles equipped with these cameras and our agents patrol the areas daily, adding to the database constantly.  Once a plate enters the database and is then up for repossession, the system will automatically notify the proper recovery company of the vehicle location.

RECOVERY COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS

Recovery Compliance Solutions administers and monitors independent repossession companies to ensure for compliance issues on behalf of automotive lenders throughout the United States. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Official Comments include statements such as “courts should hold the Secured Party responsible for the actions of others taken on the Secured Party’s behalf, including independent contractors engaged by the Secured Party to take possession of collateral.”  Premier Recovery’s membership in RCS demonstrates our commitment to our client’s best interests, as well as our commitment to the industry’s laws and regulations.

CARS CERTIFIED

The Certified Asset Recovery Specialist® (C.A.R.S.) National Certification Program was developed by Matrix Educational Systems, Inc.  This rigorous course consists of fourteen (14) sections which covers material related to Asset (Collateral) Recovery, Skiptracing, Ethics and Communication, Defensive Driving and Tow Truck Operation and Insurance Coverage’s.  All of these items are critical to our daily operations.  Upon satisfactory completion of the C.A.R.S. program and passing a final exam, the graduate will receive a Certificate of Completion from Matrix Educational Systems.  Premier Recovery is proud to say that all of our drivers are C.A.R.S. certified.

remier Recovery is a proud member of RDN, Recovery Database Network.  RDN’s mission statement is “To utilize the internet as an enabling tool to mitigate automobile lending institution losses by creating an electronic and more efficient recovery, titling, and re-marketing process for lenders and their asset recovery related service providers to conduct business."  Specifically, RDN allows real time communication between our office, our drivers, and our clients.  All of our trucks and drivers are equipped with laptops and wireless internet services for real-time updates and reporting to RDN.  For our clients, this means increased recovery rates with decreased recovery times!
